What is Thai Bodywork? Can Thai Bodywork provide relief from muscle aches and pain? Do you think Thai Bodywork would affect your wellness? These are all good questions.
Recently, I completed my Thai Bodywork certification. The intensive training was a wonderfully enlightening experience. An intimate class of eight knowledgeable wellness professionals provided the backdrop for Master Thai practitioner Elenor Bramwell to teach us. The photo below shows myself practicing following Elenor’s instructions.
Thai bodywork fuses assisted yoga stretching with massage techniques; in other words, hands on. I apply pressure to muscles which enhances circulation, releases muscle tension while moving your body through positions that resemble yoga poses.
Who benefits from Thai Bodywork?
I believe everyone can benefit from Thai Bodywork. There are always ways to work around injuries and disabilities. Already, I practiced on several disabled clients with great success.
What you need to know about your Thai Bodywork session.
In comfortable, loose clothing, you will relax on a sizeable Thai cushion. Yoga clothing would be perfect for Thai Bodywork. Your session is in a private and relaxing atmosphere: clean, comfortable and ambient space.
How do I sign up for my 1st session?
