Hi friends. Recently, I completed the KETO supplements 10-day trial where I drank the supplement every morning.
The hype about drinking more water excited me to try the product: increased energy during the day. No need for mid-day coffee. Help with muscle soreness and recovery time from workouts.
My 10-day trail report
I experienced increased energy in the morning and, at times, during the afternoon. However, on other days my energy level, particularly in the afternoon, was poor: I still felt uncomfortably tired while instructing.
Drink up!
While taking the supplement and afterward, I drank considerably more water throughout the day. With the trial completed, I will certainly try to continue drinking more water.
Helpful tips
As the taste is a turn-off to me, the choice of flavors was quite helpful. My recommendation: keep the drink cold, refilled to dilute the taste. Also, I used a mixing ball to facilitate mixing the powder. I tried the supplement with seltzer water but I didn’t enjoy it!
Meals
During the trial, I prepared sensible, nutritious meal choices replete with protein and good fats. I was determined to see if I could change my body, in a good way, while on the supplement. Unfortunately, I think that I was too good. Funny thing: I craved bad sugar, like sour patch kids. Currently, I am in sugar detox, lol.
Muscle Recovery
Additionally, I hoped my muscle recovery would be faster. My recovery did not change. I was sore for my usual two to three days post workout.
Although I was not overwhelmed with the KETO supplement. I think it does have some benefits. I know a few athletes using the product who are very pleased. In addition, I know a few inactive friends taking the supplement who experienced a positive outcome from their 10-day trial. In fact, today I found out one of them has lost weight.
Keto supplements are not for everyone. Who doesn’t want to have more energy throughout the day and feel great? I will continue to explore new products that may help my health!
