The decision to change is never easy, especially when that change alters the course of your life. I hope that this post encourages athletes to do the right thing for their mind and body.

I feel compelled to write this post today because I will celebrate with my former dance company our successful show that we performed in September.  When I woke this morning, I had a surge of thoughts and emotions about my career.
