You posted an article on hypermobility and I am responding to it. I have a hypermobility disorder with hypermobility in my knees (severe), hips(severe), spine(severe), shoulders, and jaw. I also have Hashimoto’s and PCOS. Weight is a major issue and I have not found ANY physical trainer (or therapist for that matter) that has any idea how to deal with my issues. I live in Colorado so, meeting with you is not an option. Do you have any suggestions for where to start?

I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply. I just moved into a new house, and it’s been crazy! I would suggest you look at personal trainers in your area that are experienced.
