Where I live, Rochester, NY, the temperatures often dip below zero. The weather makes being outside quite difficult. Since I love being outside, oppressive winters like this one are tough for me to enjoy.
When your life gets tough, is fitness the answer? Fitness certainly helps; however, is it the only answer to living a good, healthy life? The critical role of one’s positive mindset, to exude ‘positive vibrations’ and appreciate the people in your life can not be underestimated.

TGIF! The last few Fridays my training schedule has been light. The change is lovely, and I have used this free time to attend yoga classes.
